SCHOOL SUPPLIES SCHOOL SUPPLIES

PTA membership dues raise roughly only 20% of the income needed by the CES PTA. The CES PTA must raise roughly $65 per family to support its wide range of programs. A variety of fundraising programs and services are offered. Most are held soon after school begins to enable the PTA to budget for the school year‘s commitments. Efforts have been made to provide a range of fundraising programs to benefit and appeal to everyone. Please be generous.

As you look through the list of fundraisers if you would like to have some fun and lend a hand please consider volunteering. WE CAN DEFINITELY USE YOUR HELP!!! There are plenty of opportunities to volunteer throughout the year, even during the summer and winter breaks. For more information on volunteering, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator Amy Billiups at CESPTAVOL@msn.com.

BOX TOPS for EDUCATION
Box Tops for Education has helped America’s schools earn over $175 million in just over 10 years. Help earn cash to support Clarksville Elementary School by clipping and collecting Box Top for Education labels from your everyday grocery purchases and submitting them when requested at various times through the school year.

DIRECT CONTRIBUTIONS - COUGAR PATRON     (More Info)
Tax deductible contributions made payable directly to the CES PTA are welcome as an alternative to participating in its fundraising drives or as a supplement. If desired, direct donations can be tied directly to any CES PTA program rather than to the general budget. Checks should be made payable to the “CES PTA” and sent into school with your student in an envelope marked “CES PTA” on the outside. Don't forget matching employer contributions when they're applicable!

SALLY FOSTER
Sally Foster is our first, biggest and most profitable fundraiser. The Sally Foster catalogue is filled with premium gift wrap, gifts and accessories for the home, gourmet chocolate and food selections. The catalogue is sent home in September soon after school starts. Please take some time to look through the catalogue and see why Sally Foster is known for its quality, value and variety. The CES PTA will earn a 50% profit on every item sold.
