 PTA membership dues raise roughly only 20% of the income needed by the CES PTA. The CES PTA must raise roughly $65 per family to support its wide range of programs. A variety of fundraising programs and services are offered. Most are held soon after school begins to enable the PTA to budget for the school year‘s commitments. Efforts have been made to provide a range of fundraising programs to benefit and appeal to everyone. Please be generous.

As you look through the list of fundraisers if you would like to have some fun and lend a hand please consider volunteering. WE CAN DEFINITELY USE YOUR HELP!!! There are plenty of opportunities to volunteer throughout the year, even during the summer and winter breaks. COUGAR PATRON PROGRAM     (More Info)
We accept direct contributions from “Cougar Patrons.” Tax deductible donations made payable to the CES PTA are welcome as an alternative to participating in PTA fundraising drives. The PTA captures 100% of Cougar Patron donations! Don’t forget matching employer contributions when applicable! Anyone can be a Cougar Patron – parents, grandparents, aunts & uncles, etc. In recognition of your support, your name will be included on our Cougar Patron board at the front of the school. The CES PTA is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Your gift is tax deductible to the full extent provided by law.

BOX TOPS for EDUCATION
Box Tops for Education has helped America’s schools earn over $175 million in just over 10 years. Help earn cash to support Clarksville Elementary School by clipping and collecting Box Top for Education labels from your everyday grocery purchases and submitting them when requested at various times through the school year.

RETAILERS SCHOOL SUPPORT PROGRAMS
Wouldn't it be great if you could financially support the school and not have to do anything but purchase items you normally would for your family???     (More Info) Beginning October 2010, Clarksville Elementary School proudly joins Harris Teeter’s Together In Education program to help raise funds for our school. It’s easy and it’s FREE. Simply give the cashier our code, 8518, and your VIC card when you check out and your card will be linked for the entire school year. That’s it!

WRAPPING PAPER SALES
This had been one of our largest fundraisers. However, the profits have declined in recent years and the vendor changed its business model. We will investigate alternatives for the future; however, we plan to rely more heavily on the Cougar Patron Program as our main fundraiser this year.

A most beloved springtime tradition at CES! The Spring Fling is an exciting family festival of games, fun, rides and food enjoyed annually. Come join us saying “so long” to the winter months and in celebrating the warmer months ahead. It is our biggest family event of the year!
